Learning Concepts Institute, LLC (LCI) is a multifaceted educational consulting, professional development, and mentoring firm established in 2015 with a mission of “Drawing Out Each Person’s Potential.” LCI is dedicated to empowering students, faculty, and higher education professionals to thrive academically and professionally through customized consulting, training, coaching, and mentoring services. LCI provides professional development and career guidance for faculty and postdoctoral associates in areas such as effective teaching strategies, research program development, STEM education, curriculum assessment and design, and tenure navigation. LCI also partners with academic departments, colleges, and universities to assess, design, develop, and evaluate STEM curricula and institutional mentoring programs. Additionally, LCI supports undergraduate and graduate student success by offering workshops and initiatives focused on resilience, personal growth, and academic achievement, including The Undergraduate Institute and The Grad Student Empowerment Program. Through these comprehensive services, LCI works to cultivate individual potential, strengthen educational institutions, and promote lasting academic and professional success.
